You agree to use TLRD.AI solely for lawful, legitimate career development and recruitment purposes. We strictly enforce platform stability, fair resource allocation, and computational integrity. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Rate Limit & Security Circumvention: Bypassing, disabling, probing, or testing vulnerabilities in rate limits, authentication barriers, CAPTCHA mechanisms, or network quotas.
• Automated Abuse: Deploying unauthorized bots, scrapers, crawlers, or high-concurrency scripts that generate artificial traffic or degrade service reliability.
• Exploit & Vulnerability Abuse: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or billing discrepancies to obtain unauthorized credits, services, or computational time.
• Prompt Injection & Model Tampering: Crafting malicious payloads, adversarial prompt injections, or reverse engineering proprietary tailoring pipelines.
• Malicious or Unlawful Content: Generating fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful materials across resumes, cover letters, or shared profiles.

TLRD.AI reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to all services without prior notice or liability if:

• You breach, violate, or fail to comply with any provision of these Terms or applicable laws.
• You engage in system abuse, resource exhaustion, brute force attempts, or malicious interference with our systems.
• Your account activity introduces security liabilities, unreasonable server loads, or reputational damage.
• Your account is linked to disputed, unauthorized, or fraudulent payments or payment chargebacks.

Upon termination for cause or terms violation, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and all active access tokens, API credentials, and sessions are permanently revoked.

Platform credits, tokens, and allowances represent a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access our AI tailoring engines and document analysis pipelines. Credits hold no cash or monetary value outside the Service and are non-transferable.

• Forfeiture of Credits: If your account is suspended or terminated as a result of system abuse, malicious activity, or violation of these Terms, any and all remaining, accrued, or active credits shall be immediately forfeited.
• Discretionary Refund Policy: Forfeited credits may or may not be refunded, solely at the discretion of TLRD.AI. We reserve the absolute right to refuse or withhold refunds where terms have been violated, service abuse has taken place, computational resources were consumed, or security defenses were triggered.
• Voluntary Account Deletion: If you voluntarily delete your account via Settings, remaining credit balances are treated in accordance with our standard cancellation terms and credit accounting ledgers are retained solely for tax and regulatory auditing compliance.

You retain complete ownership over the master resume documents, portfolio work samples, and career histories you upload to your private vault.

• No Model Training: We never utilize your private career materials or resumes to train public AI foundation models.
• No Third-Party Data Monetization: We do not sell or rent your candidate profile or contact details to data brokers or recruitment aggregators.
• Operational License: You grant TLRD.AI a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process, analyze, parse, and format your career data to deliver the requested resume tailoring and application features.

We operate high-availability dual WebAssembly and server-rendered infrastructure. However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

• Zero-Hallucination AI Grounding: While our tailoring engines enforce strict factual constraints against your verified canonical vault, you remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all customized resumes, cover letters, and application materials before submitting them to third parties.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TLRD.AI and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the Service.
